    Working Principle

    PCD semi-finished dies undergo precision grinding and electrical discharge machining (EDM) to create the preliminary die profile. The pre-formed die hole is machined to within 0.01mm of the final dimension, leaving only a minimal amount of material for final honing and polishing. This approach ensures that the final die achieves optimal surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.02μm) while maximizing the service life of your finishing tools.
