Working Principle
PCD cutting tool blanks are manufactured by sintering fine diamond particles with a metallic catalyst binder under ultra-high pressure (5–6 GPa) and high temperature (1400–1600°C). The resulting structure exhibits extreme hardness (HV ≥ 7000), excellent thermal conductivity, and superior wear resistance — making it ideal for machining non-ferrous materials, composites, and abrasive non-metallics.
